Information MA May Collect
MA collects any personal information, such as name and email address, that you voluntarily submit to MA in connection with inquiries about our advertising services through the Website including through our “Talk to Sales” form, “Request a Demo” form, “Contact Sales” form, “What We Do, Let’s Talk” form, “Podcast Submit a Question” form, and weekly insights “Sign Up” button.
When you visit the Website, MA and its service providers automatically collect personal information using cookies, small text files that are left behind on your computer to track you when you visit the Website, and pixels, snippets of code or tiny invisible images that gather information. Personal information collected through these automated means is gathered and stored in log files and may include data available from your web browser such as IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exiting pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click stream data. MA also collects personal information we gather about you in the process of marketing our advertising services to you from initial research through in-person meetings seeking your business, as well as personal information we collect in the process of providing advertising services to your company. This personal information includes information such as your name, email address, company name, job title, address, and phone number; information about your educational, professional, and employment background; and other information you may provide about yourself via telephone calls, texts, email communications, meetings, and/or other forms of communication with you. We also collect personal information that you provide to us at conferences, events, and trade or industry shows sponsored by, hosted by, or attended by MA employees or representatives, or that you provide to the organizers or sponsors of conferences, events, and/or trade or industry shows sponsored by, hosted by, or attended by MA employees or representatives.
Personal information can also include information about you that is publicly available such as from LinkedIn, Google, your company’s website, press releases about you or your company, news articles about you or your company, and publicly available information that we acquire from other sources such as company data providers. We also collect personal information via referral. If you contact us in connection with an inquiry about a job listed on the “Careers” page on the Website, we collect the personal information provided in connection with that inquiry.
What MA Does with the Information it Collects

MA creates television commercials and other advertising content, purchases media, provides analytics, strategy services, conversion solutions, and ecommerce consulting to our clients. MA collects and analyzes personal information as directed by our clients and in accordance with our advertising services agreements. Our advertising services agreements prohibit us from using personal information provided to us by our clients or collected by us on behalf of our clients except as necessary to provide and improve our advertising services. Personal information provided to us by our clients or collected by us on behalf of our clients is used, disclosed, and protected by them according to their privacy policies and is not subject to this Privacy Policy.
